One of the most disturbing and amusing aspects to the tragic situation I have been reporting (refer to previous blog entries) is that celebrities, such as John Cleese have chosen to involve themselves in this mess making it even more upsetting. Cleese needs to work on his social skills. He chose to bait, abuse, and exploit when he appeared at my criminal neighbor's residence last Christmas. Given the severity of my particular situation, you would this person would have bothered to approach me directly, as opposed to playing motor tag, and attempting to make a joke, or a game out of something so very serious. I refuse to go chasing after foolish celebrities caught up in an ego trip. I expect to receive an explanation and a public apology given the fact that my family home has been turned into an exhibit and both my Mother and I are being used as test subjects in a deeply cruel and inhumane 'research experiment.' Clearly, you do not have a conscience and are not deserving of my attention. I did not stalk, or disturb the lives of those participating in the ongoing abuse and exploitation in any way, therefore, I deserve a formal explanation and an apology. If Cleese, or others sincerely gave a damn they would have had the balls to contact me directly rather than contributing to the chaos. Knowing that my Grandparents were also abused and exploited and that our private moments and their deaths were turned a spectator sport is absolutely without question unforgivable. All participants must subject themselves to a psychological evaluation, as you cannot be emotionally stable to have contributed to this insanity. I MUST BE LEFT ALONE IN ORDER TO COLLECT MY THOUGHTS, GRIEVE AND ADJUST. I MUST HAVE QUIET TIME!!! The brainwashing techniques that began in April MUST COME TO AN END!!! It is ludicrous that I should have to point this out! Do you not have a brain, heart and soul of your own? Who would subject two innocent people to this type of sick and sadistic treatment? You have caused tremendous damage. I could not sit back and allow another to be subject to the same type of treatment I have received. I DEMAND that my privacy be returned to me and that those involved acknowledge the damage they have caused. I will see the complete subhuman assholes responsible brought up on charges ranging from malicious intent, spying, extreme cruelty, obstruction of justice, illegal recording, exploitation, breaking an entry, and violating my right to privacy. The behavior exhibited by so called adults is just plain cowardly. They are no more than emotionally disturbed children and that is terribly sad. Obviously, they are incapable of understanding the consequences of their actions and must be called on their behavior. Again, I have done nothing to deserve this treatment. Unlike those responsible, I am not a criminal. If certain individuals sincerely attempted to assist their approach could not have been more wrong. A celebrity sighting could not be more trivial and irrelevant when faced with the issues I have been presented with over the past fourteen months. I will not be cooperating with you, nor will I be participating in something so sinister. My advice to you is to examine your own lives and motivation for getting involved in such a sinister plot, learn how to communicate and deal with people directly, as opposed to indirectly, do not make assumptions, mind your own goddamn business, take the feelings of others into account, get a life and try and develop a conscience that will prevent you from engaging in similar criminal activity in the future. I hate having to repeat myself when it comes to something that should be so painfully obvious and that could have been so easily avoided had anyone bothered to take my feelings into account and speak with me one on one, as opposed to turning my normally quiet, private life into a three ring circus. You are not needed, as is. You should step up and behave as adults. Set an example to society regarding accepting personal responsible for your own misdeeds. My life has been deeply affected by your stupidity and I am saddended and disappointed in the behavior of those I thought to be special. I will scold you as often as possible, as you continue to behave as children. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Is paranoid schizophrenia a hoax? Medical professionals work hand in hand with pharmaceutical companies in perpetuating a culture of fear and ignorance. Those who have been subject to government testing (warrantless surveillance, thought broadcast, voice insertion) need to know that they do have rights and need to make their voices heard in real time. 'Truman Syndrome' is the psychiatric communitys latest attempt at brainwashing the American public. The media has participated in abusing and exploiting innocent citizens and must be held accountable for their immoral and unethical conduct. Contact me if you too, have been subject to deeply cruel and inhumane 'social experiments.' 'Truman Syndrome' is nothing more than government sponsored terrorism. The fact that society supports this inexcusable behavior is absolutely unforgivable. The American people need to WAKE-UP and acknowledge that this type of criminal activity must be brought to the forefront and cannot be passed off as a joke, or a game. If you choose to partcipate in the persecution of innocent citizens for nothing more than your own sadistic pleasure you are mentally deranged and are in need of help. I DEMAND that the US government acknowledge their part in the ongoing mental and emotional torture of innocent people. George W. Bush and members of his administration have partcipated in this widespread cover up. Use your voice and speak out and inform others that they also must join in the fight against social insanity. My, oh my! Little did I know that my memoir would inspire such controversy in Erie County, PA! On top of the series of crimes mentioned in previous blog entries, I have been brought up on false charges of harassment simply for standing up for myself. A fake bench warrant was issued by the District Justice in Union City, PA on Thursday November 13th, the day before my 'hearing' was scheduled.
The fake warrant was presented by a Constable Bladey and his buddy 'Frank.' The comedy team practically broke into my family home and physically and verbally assaulted me. I agreed to have them accompany me to the District Justice's office and sat back in a state of semi-amusement, as she read the charges against me. She listed the harassment charge and when I asked if I could address the issue, she brushed it off. She then offered to reschedule the hearing for later that same day. I was in agreement. She dismissed herself from the courtroom and returned stating that the hearing would be held on the 8th of December. We left it at that.
I received a letter today, November 18th, stating that she had found me guilty despite the fact that an official hearing was not held and no testimony was given by either party. The letter stated that I needed to pay $118.00 in fines. Her office stated, when I phoned in to inquire about the letter, that I had not attended the hearing. Again, I was escorted by a local police officer, a state police officer, a constable his sidekick and the local chief of police after having had a false bench warrant issued, for another bogus charge, on Friday the 14th.
Given the fact that the harassment claim is 100% false, I should be exonerated immediately. I was harassed by a miscreant neighbor and his unruly brood of children not once, but twice. His children deliberately placed themselves directly in front of my property and began shouting insults. I phoned the Union City police to report the abuse and they failed to respond to my call. They did, however, respond to the abusers phone call placed after he confronted me in the street in a threatening manner and used expletives.
The second incident involved the same child deliberately positioning himself in front of my property and shouting offensive slurs. I stepped out onto my porch and tapped my railing three times to get his attention. He sped down the street on his bicycle and arrived at his home. He shouted an expletive. I calmly stepped down from my porch and stood at the end of my property with a golf club that I had had in my hand prior to the incident. He lied and shouted that I had chased him down the street. I shrugged it off and returned to my home. Within a few minutes, I heard commotion coming from the neighbor's residence and went outside. The 'adults' asked me what had happened and I invited them to my property to speak about the incident. The boy's grandfather happened to be passing by my property at the time and came across the street to talk with me.
I explained that his grandson had been responsible for harassment not once, but twice. He was gentlemanly and said that he would take care of it. Later that evening, I had the same officer who had 'handled' the first incident, arrive and explain that he was again going to write me up for harassment.
The treatment I have received at the hands of local police in Union City, Pennsylvania has been absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable! Those who know me from this website know that I am an outspoken writer and artist. I am also a HOMOSEXUAL. Apparently, this does not sit well in the rural, isolated, podunk community I currently reside.
I ask that your attention be given to the series of injustices that have occurred here and that you do something to assist in seeing that the perpetrators and those that have supported them receive the appropriate punishment. Their behavior is criminal and needs to be addressed immediately.
I realize that I have been falsely accused repeatedly and set-up by fools intent on trying to shut me down. I refuse to leave my family home where I have done nothing but try and live as peacefully and quietly as possible given the outrageousness of the situation.
The principle cannot be overlooked. I am entitled by law to live anywhere I choose provided I am not harming anyone. Oh, and by the way, it is rumored that I share the same street with a convicted pedophile. I doubt that he, or she is subject to the same treatment.
Homos' and heteros' alike should be aware of my situation, as it is, without question, deeply immoral and highly unethical. I am pushing for a federal investigation and ask that you do the same. Contact the ACLU, PA Senators Arlen Specter and Bob Casey, Jr., and every relevant news organization, law enforcement agency and elected official you can think of, today regarding this matter.
